Desktop Clock

For Windows 10/11

You have upgraded to Windows 10 or 11 and miss the old desktop clock widget? Then this might be the right App for you. It just puts a configurable and lightweight analogue clock on your desktop.

This App is freeware. No ads, no fees, no collection of personal data!

If you find a bug or have any suggestions for an improvement, please let me know.

Download and installation

The App comes in two flavours:

Installer v1.0.1 (540kb)

Standalone v1.0.1 (46kb)

The installer guides you through the installation as usual. The standalone version can be placed and started from anywhere you like. But be aware that it has to stay there, if you want to use the autostart function!

Settings

To open the settings, click on the cog-icon in the lower right corner, which appears when you hover your mouse over it.

To change the position of the clock, simply drag it to whereever you like.

Size

Adjust the size from 100px up to 600px.

Theme

Choose between the light and dark theme. For better contrast you can optionally add outlines around every element, a drop shadow for the light theme and a glow for the dark theme.
